On Aug. 31st 2022, China CACS Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CACS") After winning the bid and implementing the automatic control system project of Dongjiakou Port Area Crude Oil Commercial Reserve Project (Phase I) of Shandong Port Qingdao Port (hereinafter referred to as the "Commercial Reserve Phase I Project"), we successfully won the bid again for the automatic control system project of Dongjiakou Port Area Crude Oil Commercial Reserve Project (Phase II and III) of Shandong Port Qingdao Port (hereinafter referred to as the "Commercial Reserve Phase II and III Project"). The project has a construction scale of 3.6 million cubic meters of crude oil tanks. The first phase of the project has completed 1.6 million cubic meters, with a total storage capacity of 5.2 million cubic meters and an annual turnover of 3000 * 104 tons. CACS is mainly responsible for the project's process control system (BPCS), safety instrument system (SIS), fire control system (FCS), combustible gas detection system (GDS), tank level measurement system, distributed optical fiber temperature sensing alarm system, etc.

The total investment of the Dongjiakou Port Area Crude Oil Commercial Reserve Project of Qingdao Port is about 4.85 billion yuan, which is listed as the key project of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province. As the first project of Shandong Port Qingdao Port Group in 2022, the second and third phases of the commercial reserve project are of great significance to significantly improve the oil distribution capacity of Dongjiakou Port Area and to expand the supply level of crude oil, fuel oil, diluted asphalt and other raw materials to petrochemical enterprises in the hinterland, It is of strategic significance to optimize the structural layout of oil terminals in Shandong ports, reduce the logistics cost of imported oil products, and improve China's commercial reserve capacity of crude oil.

In recent years, CACS has continued to deepen its efforts in the coastal and riverside port markets, and has won wide recognition from the owners by virtue of its technical strength, platform capabilities, brand advantages and service quality.
