China CACS Engineering Corporation (CACS), formerly as China National Automation Control System Corporation, was originally founded in 1981 under the  administration of the former National Machinery Industry Ministry. CACS now is a solely state-owned member company of the China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd (SINOMACH), which is directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. CACS’ business is an integration of trade, R&D and technical service with engineering contracting as the core.
