China CACS Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CACS") won the bid On May 19, 2022, for the construction project of Hohhot (southern region) grassland high (middle) fire danger area, and was responsible for the construction of the fire outlook monitoring system of the project.

In this project, CACS will use optical and thermal imaging sensors, dual spectrum video monitoring and intelligent image analysis and recognition technology to deploy cameras in key intersections, key areas, key checkpoints and commanding points according to local conditions, and build a monitoring system integrating "civil air defense, technical defense, physical defense and joint defense". The system not only realizes the functions of automatic and accurate identification of grassland fire, automatic patrol, alarm linkage, fire location, but also meets the requirements of "faster discovery, more stable operation, and more accurate identification and positioning" for grassland fire prevention.

After the completion of the project, Hohhot will implement the development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", build a "safety net" for grassland fire prevention, protect green water and green mountains, and provide a powerful guarantee for digital empowerment. At the same time, it has effectively improved Hohhot's fire disposal capacity, assisted them in early detection, early reporting and early disposal of fires, and played a positive role in "fighting early, fighting small and fighting" grassland fires in Hohhot.
